Visa Application Check List

1 Letter of Acceptance from the College with the selected mentioned and starting date.
2 Ashfield College Application Form filled in and signed by the applicant
3 Visa Application Form. Three copies of this are required with a photograph attached to each copy.
4 Personal Information / CV. A one page CV is required with all education mentioned with dates and grades. Any gaps in education must be referenced to and documentation to support this.
5 Birth Certificate. This should be a notarized photocopy
6 S.S.C Certificate. All documentation of secondary education plus a mark sheet should accompany the application. These should also be notarized photocopies.
7 H.S.C Certificate. This should also be a notarized photocopy and be accompanied by the Mark Sheet.
8 B.Sc. (Honours) Certificate (Notarized Photocopy)
9 B.Sc. (Honours) Mark Sheet (Notarized Photocopy)
10 IELTS Certificate with a score of 5.5 or 6.0 for Postgraduate applicants or a TOEFL score of 530+
11 M.Sc. appeared Certificate (Notarized Photocopy)
12 Passport. The original passport is required plus a photocopy of the entire passport. Also 2 copies of the first five pages must be copied.
13 Affidavit by Guardian Original (Notarized)
14 Bank Solvency Certificate

Original (Sonali Bank & Arab Bangladesh Bank). Statements for the past 2 years. If any large sums deposited in account, identity of person must be revealed. Also any other assets / properties should be declared which would help the financial status of the sponsor.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE EURO EQUIVALENT OF THE SPONSOR'S BANK BALANCE IS STATED AND AUTHENICATED.
Please note that ALL the above must be submitted with your application for a Study Visa. The Department of Foreign Affairs will not entertain an application should one or more documents be absent.

Please allow a minimum of 5 weeks before an update can be given.

Travel Tickets should not be booked or paid for by applicants until their applications have been approved.
